The Free Bleeders Fearless Futures Retreat in the Poconos was nothing short of pure magic. This was more than just a getaway—it was a powerful, healing gathering where fierce sisterhood was forged, and fearless women stepped powerfully into their futures. The energy was full of laughter, healing conversations, and powerful breakthroughs, all wrapped in the dazzling theme of the Witches & Queens Wellness Retreat weekend.

Educational Empowerment and Esteemed Speakers

The heart of the weekend was the dedication to growth and self-advocacy. Our educational sessions provided crucial tools and knowledge for women living with rare bleeding disorders to become the CEOs of their own health.

The weekend was kicked off by an inspiring Opening Session with CEO and Founder Tracye Hamler, setting the stage for self-empowerment. The energy continued with Keynote Speaker Kai Patterson, who delivered a moving and impactful presentation on “Breaking the Lie in Belief.”

Participants also gained practical, actionable techniques from Lisa A. Smith during her crucial workshop on "Managing Chronic Stress," an essential topic for anyone managing a chronic condition. A true highlight was the Interactive Lunch session, featuring an educational Cooking Demo and Herbal Tea Blending guided by Chef TreGaye and Kailin Bouse, providing delicious and insightful tips for nourishing the body.

A Dazzling Farewell and Our Future Journeys

The weekend culminated in a dazzling Bridgerton-themed ball, where everyone truly embodied their inner Queen for an evening of elegance and fun.
