The Story of A Personal Battle

Tracye's journey into the world of bleeding disorders began in 2005. Upon discovering her father had Hemophilia, the medical community quickly dismissed Tracye as a "carrier"—a term that often masks the reality of symptoms.

The reality of her condition became undeniable following the birth of her son. Tracye faced a life-threatening, traumatic childbirth experience characterized by excessive, uncontrolled bleeding. This moment changed everything.

The Mission

"I realized that if a military veteran with access to resources was struggling to be heard, what about the millions of women who don't have that support? Free Bleeders was born out of that necessity."

We are not just carriers. We are patients, we are survivors, and we deserve to be heard.
