Program Purpose

The Free Bleeders Mentorship Program exists to provide guidance, accountability, leadership development, emotional support, and life navigation assistance for women and youth impacted by bleeding disorders and related life challenges.

The Participant Experience Workflow

We maintain structured, accountable, and highly transparent steps to ensure a premium, safe environment for both mentors and mentees.

Participant completes: **Interest Form, Mentorship Application, Consent & Expectations Agreement, Scheduling Availability, and Goal Assessment Questionnaire**.

Internal review includes checking alignment with program goals, availability compatibility, background review, and looking out for safety red flags.

Discovery & Welcome Call πŸ“ž

Purpose: Explain expectations, assess personality fit, clarify goals, and answer questions.

Matching Criteria: Personality compatibility, shared experiences, goals/interests, communication style, and age-group cohort specifications.

Onboarding πŸŽ’

Participant receives Welcome Email, Program Handbook, Meeting Expectations, Communication Guidelines, Confidentiality Agreement, Calendar of Events, and Accountability Structure.

Active Mentorship Phase 🌱

Expected Activities: Biweekly or monthly meetings, goal check-ins, educational workshops, group accountability calls, and quarterly evaluations.

Escalation Protocol πŸ›‘οΈ

Strict safety & boundary management: Switftly handling inappropriate conduct, missed meetings, boundary violations, or communication breakdowns.

Graduation & Completion πŸŽ“

Completion includes final evaluations, testimonial requests, certificate distribution, alumni invitations, and elite leadership pipeline roles.
