Vendor Guidelines

• Target Capacity: We are strictly limiting space to 10–15 curated community vendors to maximize engagement.
• Glow-Up Partners: Highly prioritizing professional barbers, hair stylists, and beauty schools to offer simple back-to-school fresh cuts/braids on-site.
• Infrastructure (BYO): Vendors must bring their own 6ft or 8ft tables, matching tablecloths, chairs, and optional pop-up tents.
• Power Requests: Limited electrical outlets are available and will be strictly prioritized for on-site hair styling tools.
• Instant Registration: Use the secure processing panel on the right to submit your vendor fee and log your operational details securely.
